Benedict’s Blueberry & Elderflower is a striking handcrafted gin built around the meeting of ripe fruit, delicate florals and classic juniper. Blueberry brings a soft, juicy sweetness while elderflower lifts the spirit with fragrant, almost perfumed notes, creating a gin that feels fresh, elegant and distinctly summery.

And then there’s the bottle. Dressed as an unmistakably British telephone box and filled with an ocean-blue spirit, it’s the sort of thing Waldo would insist on keeping at the front of the cabinet rather than hiding behind the tonic.

At 43% ABV, there’s enough backbone to keep the sweeter botanicals in check. Serve generously over ice with a quality tonic, fresh blueberries and a sprig of mint, or use it to give a Collins or Gin Fizz a decidedly more colourful disposition. The producer itself recommends blueberries and mint as the garnish.
