Six Dogs Karoo is a delicate and balanced Gin of twelve select botanicals. Its distinguishing botanicals are grown on our farm, which intersects three different bioregions including the succulent Karoo.

👅 - Tasting notes

Six Dogs Karoo is a London Dry style gin – it’s made using a one-shot method and doesn’t have any flavour or colour added after the distillation. It contains site-specific botanicals sourced from the Succulent Karoo where Six Dogs Distillery is located.

Sip it and you will pick up paired notes of juniper and wild lavender. What follows is a fresh medley of citrus including limes, mandarins and farmgrown lemon buchu.

Recommended serve or cocktail

Karoo Caipirinha

• 50ml Six Dogs Karoo gin

• 1 lime

• 2 teaspoons fine sugar

• Garnish: lime wheel

Cut the lime into four equal wedges and place in a shaker. Add the sugar and muddle these ingredients to release the juices. Add the gin plus several blocks of ice and shake well before pouring the liquid into a tumbler. Garnish with a lime wheel.
