HAWAIIAN RUM AGRICOLE is an ultra-rare spirit that redefines what rum can be. While over 95% of the world’s rum is made from molasses, our signature spirit is crafted from the fresh-pressed juice of estate-grown Hawaiian heirloom sugarcane (kō). Grown on our 44-acre farm in Kohala, these heirloom varieties were originally brought to the islands by Polynesian Wayfinders and are cherished for their unique flavor profiles.
Organoleptic Characteristics:
Aroma & Taste: This pure, crisp spirit is remarkably grassy and herbaceous. It features a complex bouquet of green bananas, fuji apple, cherries, and Japanese plum.
Texture: Distilled slowly in a handmade copper pot still, the result is a sensuous and uncommonly flavorful spirit.
Finish: Expect a vibrant finish of starfruit and lemongrass with a lingering "Everlasting Gobstopper" complexity.
