Product description

Citrus, floral and notes of the sea make our gin as refreshing as a seaside stroll. Elegant for sipping and noble in your favourite cocktail. Made from wheat, natural botanicals and sustainable hand-harvested local winged kelp (Alaria marginata). Botanicals include juniper berries, coriander, lavender, rose, as well as lemon and orange peel.

Tasting notes

👅 - Seaside Gin's complex yet impeccably balanced flavour profile come from juniper (the source of its piney, lightly forest-like notes), roses and lavender, citrus, coriander, cardamom and most crucially, locally harvested winged kelp which gives this gin its uniquely subtle brininess. The result is as refreshing as the sort of seaside stroll that inspired it. The finish in a lovely long lingering finish with a slight brininess leaving a sensation of a touch of ocean on the palate.

👃 - Bright citrus and floral aromas, juniper forward with notes of the sea.

Recommended Cocktail

2 oz Seaside Gin
4-6 oz tonic water (to taste)
Lime wedge, for garnish

Gather the ingredients. In a highball glass filled with ice cubes, pour the gin, then top with tonic. Gently stir to combine, garnish with a lime wedge. Serve and enjoy!
