Inspired by the character of his 7 granddaughters, Apolonio Carreño carefully selected 7 varieties of agave to represent each of them, achieving a persistent balance. Its silky texture reveals complex aromas and unique flavors. With an exquisite aftertaste in perfect harmony to live the Mezcal Carreño experience, that is why we say that the exceptional is possible.

The agaves are evenly weighed out to have a balance of flavor. Then cooked together in an underground pit oven, milled by tahona, open-air fermented in pine vats, and double distilled in copper stills. Ensamble 7 is both complex and delicate with hints of pineapple.
