A gin that has been inspired by the forests of Småland. For some time, gin has matured in only five 30-liter barrels made from Småland oak. With a dominant taste from juniper and a well-balanced taste from oak, which contributes with both color and sweetness. Lydén Distillery call it a Sipping Gin, which you enjoy just as it is - pure.. or why not in a Negroni, where sweetness balances the bitterness.
