Our first creation. CABRABOC Gin, an unusual gin with a clear goal: to approach one of the island's classics, Hierbas mallorquinas, from a different perspective. 
The foundation of the gin is a wine distillate, accompanied by the usual botanicals of Hierbas Mallorquinas. Fennel is the aromatic centerpiece, accompanied by oranges, lemon tree leaves, lemon verbena and other traditional herbs. The result is CABRABOC Gin, a particularly smooth gin, with a fleeting sweet note, aniseed and citrus aromas.
