Canadian whisky traditionally crafted to celebrate the strength of a single grain grown at Black Fox. As the casks contract and expand under prairie skies, this whisky is aged to perfection with true Canadian flavour.

Our process begins with grains carefully selected for outstanding flavour, and nurtured into a spirit that tell a story of history, heritage, and true craftsmanship. Climate, soil, and environmental stewardship come together to create flavours that are uniquely ours. Earning a master medal, and mentioned as Best in Class, this premium whisky is best experienced neat with friends and family.

Tasting notes

Being bottled in small lots according to their barrel, there will always be uniqueness to be savoured in each new experience.

👅 - Crème Brulee sweetness and a beautiful spiciness are initially apparent. The middle of the palate has a dustiness reminiscent of harvesting the grains is apparent with a background of stone fruit. Lingering spice balances the finish.

👃 - The balance between spirit and wood is apparent with vanilla and cocoa complementing the floral and spicy notes. A slight trace of saltiness and fresh mown hay lurk in the background.
